• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  As a source factory, we support low MOQs to help your brand grow. The specific MOQ depends on the product type (e.g., boxes, bags, etc.), but is usually 1000 pieces.

• Can I customize specific sizes and structures?

  Of course. We specialize in customized structures, and we can provide 1:1 structural development based on your product dimensions.

• Can you provide samples?

  Of course. We offer two sample services:
  1. White sample (no printing): for confirming dimensions and structure;
  2. Digital proof (including printing): for confirming colors and artwork effects.

• Is there a sample fee?

  Special customizations require a sample fee, which can be used to offset the payment for bulk orders later.

Payment & Finance

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C at sight), and credit card.

• What are the specific payment terms?

  Typically, a 30%-50% deposit is paid upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due before shipment (upon presentation of bulk shipment photos or a third-party quality inspection report).
  More flexible terms can be negotiated with long-term partners.

• Do you issue VAT invoices for goods shipped to our country?

  For export trade, we provide formal proforma invoices and commercial invoices for your customs declaration and tax deduction. If you have specific tax invoice requirements, please confirm with our sales manager in advance.

Design & Artwork

• What design format do I need to provide?

  Please provide vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format. Ensure all fonts are outlined and the image resolution is at least 150 DPI.

• Can you design for me?

  We have a professional team of over 100 people who can provide die-line export services. You simply need to add your design elements. For in-depth visual design, our design department can also provide paid support.

• Will there be a preview before mass production?

  Yes, we will send an electronic artwork confirmation (PDF Proof) for each order before mass production. We will only begin production after your written confirmation.

Production & Quality

• How long is the production cycle/delivery time?

  Samples: 1-3 business days.
  Bulk orders: Usually 10-15 business days after artwork confirmation.
  International shipping time depends on the destination port (air freight approximately 5-9 days, sea freight approximately 20-40 days).

• How do you guarantee color consistency?

  We use internationally standardized printing equipment and strictly adhere to Pantone color codes or your samples for color matching. For repeat orders, we will preserve previous production samples as a comparison standard.

• What is the strength of your factory?

  We have our own 20,000 square meter production base, equipped with fully automated die-cutting, gluing, and printing production lines. With over 20 years of industry experience, we serve customers in more than 150 countries worldwide.

Logistics & After-sales

• How much is the shipping cost?

  Shipping costs depend on the volume, weight, and destination of your goods. We will compare the best quotes for express, air, sea, and DDP based on your order volume.

• Which shipping methods do you support?

  We support sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, rail freight, and international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

• Can you do DDP (Delivered on Delivery, Taxes and Benefits)?

  Yes, we can provide a complete logistics solution including customs clearance and door-to-door delivery, making it as simple as sourcing domestically for you.

• How is the packaging reinforced to prevent damage during long-distance transportation?

  We use high-strength outer cartons and add corner protectors, pallets, and stretch film protection according to the product characteristics to ensure that the products remain intact after crossing oceans.

• What is the return and exchange policy if the goods are damaged or defective?

  We have a strict quality control system. If you find serious defects caused by manufacturing or damage during transportation after receiving the goods, please provide photo/video proof within 7-14 days of receiving the goods. After verification, we will arrange for you to redo the work free of charge or deduct the payment.

Sustainability

• Do you provide environmentally friendly packaging materials?

  Protecting the environment is our responsibility. We offer FSC-certified paper, recycled materials, and soy-based ink printing options.

• Are the packaging boxes recyclable?

  The vast majority of our paper packaging boxes are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
